Corporate Carnival 2026 is a first-of-its-kind inter-corporate championship designed to bring organizations together.

Over two action-packed days, employees from across Kerala will compete in sports, arts, and cultural events while building stronger teams, enhancing workplace engagement, and representing their organizations with pride.

How the title is decided

The All-Rule Carnival Award goes to the company with the highest aggregate score across every discipline it enters — 3 points per participant entered and 6 points per group event entered. Breadth of entry counts as much as winning.

Individual awards

Beyond the team prizes: Golden Boot, Golden Glove, Player of the Match at every football fixture and Player of the Tournament; Highest Wicket Taker and Best Run Scorer in the cricket; and a Fair Play Trophy in both sports.

All registered participants receive digital participation certificates. Winners and runners-up receive trophies, medals, certificates and prize money. Prize disbursement follows participant identity and employment verification, and TDS applies per regulatory requirements.
