The terms governing registration, participation and conduct at Corporate Carnival 2026.
1. Registration & Eligibility
Corporate Carnival is an inter-corporate tournament designed exclusively for corporate employees. Participants must be full-time, active staff members.
Organizations must supply valid corporate email addresses, employee identification, and HR confirmation during verification. The organizers retain authority to exclude teams failing to demonstrate proof of employment status.
2. Booking, Payments & Fees
Registration costs depend on the chosen package and require complete payment through Razorpay before deadlines.
All fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including team withdrawals, disqualification, or inclement weather events. Additional charges for taxes and payment gateway fees apply.
3. Code of Conduct & Rules
All participants are expected to maintain professional integrity and sportsmanlike conduct throughout the championship. Violations including abusive language, physical confrontations, or unsporting actions result in immediate removal.
Event-specific regulations go to team captains beforehand, with official referee and jury determinations being conclusive.
4. Liability & Insurance
Participants acknowledge that sports and physical activities involve inherent risk of injury.
Organizations, partners, and sponsors bear no responsibility for injuries, emergencies, financial losses, or property damage during competition.
5. Media Rights & Promotion
By attending or competing in Corporate Carnival 2026, companies and participants grant the organizer permission to capture photographs, video recordings, and interview highlights.
Organizers possess unrestricted rights to distribute content across promotional and marketing channels.
6. Jurisdiction & Contact
Legal disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kochi, Kerala.
