Category pricing
All fees attract an additional 18% GST. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Companies may register for a Corporate Pass or for individual categories only — any combination of Sports, Athletics and Arts & Cultural is permitted.

The ground rules
Participants must carry a valid Company ID card or an authorization letter from their employer. Identity may be verified at any stage.
- 01Only employees of registered companies are eligible to participate.
- 02Participants must carry a valid Company ID card or an authorization letter from their employer.
- 03The organizing committee reserves the right to verify employee identity at any stage.
- 04Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- 05Competitors may participate only in the events they are registered for.
- 06The decision of the referees, judges, and organizing committee shall be final and binding.
- 07Organizers assume no responsibility for injuries or loss of property.
- 08Medical fitness remains the responsibility of the participant.
- 09The overall championship is decided on aggregate points: 3 points per participant entered and 6 points per group event entered.
- 10Company jerseys are mandatory for cricket and football; football players must also wear boots.

Grounds for disqualification
- Providing false registration information.
- Fielding non-employees or outsourced personnel.
- Misconduct, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Cheating, match-fixing or unfair play.
- Damaging venue property.
- Failing to report to the referee or coordinator punctually.
Organiser discretion
The organizing committee reserves the right to:
- Amend or update the rules whenever deemed necessary.
- Modify schedules or venues due to circumstances.
- Cancel, postpone, or merge events due to insufficient registrations or operational requirements.
- Resolve disputes, with all decisions final and binding.
