Cancellations are not permitted once registered. The event does not accept cancellations or withdrawal of bookings.
Once a team or corporate pass receives payment confirmation online, it becomes final and cannot be reversed or reimbursed.
The organizers draw all tournament configurations and group stages immediately upon active registrations, preventing slots from being reopened or released.
Participant Substitutions
Although cancellations are prohibited, companies may change the names of their registered employees.
Name swaps can be arranged through the corporate relations manager prior to the deadline of September 30th.
