The Corporate Carnival features an overall prize pool of approximately ₹5.95 lakh, including cash, trophies, and medals. This covers the ₹2,00,000 All-Rule Carnival Award and ₹1,00,000 runners-up prize, ₹75,000 and ₹50,000 for the cricket and football winners and runners-up, ₹30,000 for the Athletics All Rule Champions, and ₹10,000 / ₹5,000 for Reel Creation.

Yes, participant substitutions are permitted up to the registration deadline, subject to the organizer's validation and approval.
